MANUFACTURING PROCESS

 

Our acoustical underlays are mainly made from the best quality recycled synthetic fibers available on the market (85% or more) in order to provide the best acoustical properties and long term support for the floor. Our raw material comes from textile manufacturers sewing department whose sources of supply are mainly in North America. The manufacturing process makes use of mostly synthetic and natural fibers and the transformation of this material becomes into versatile and economical products.
